Guess Who's in Town

Let me just say, my life was a perfectly calm ocean until my hurricane-of-a-best friend decided to visit.

You know those people who can instantly turn a mundane day into a chaotic adventure? Yeah, that’s her.

I’m the kind of person who prefers the comfort of my own company, curled up with a book, lost in another world. But when my bestie's around, I'm suddenly transformed into an extroverted, laugh-out-loud version of myself. It's like she’s got this magical ability to extract every ounce of social energy from my introvert soul.

We packed more fun into a few days than most people do in a week. From spontaneous TikTok sprees to endless laughter over inside jokes, it was a whirlwind of excitement. And let's not forget the food coma-inducing sweettooth adventures. I’m pretty sure my tummy is still recovering.

But here’s the thing: as much as I loved every second of it, my introvert self is already craving solitude. It's like I've used up my entire month’s supply of social battery in one go. I’m not complaining, though. It was worth it.

So, to my amazing friend, thank you for the unforgettable memories. And to my introvert self, it’s time to recharge and prepare for the next hurricane.
